Trying to do all the things.

I always want to tell them, “You’ll never finish your to-do list ma.”

Ladies do you even know what all the things are? What, are all the things that you feel like you have to do in order to be successful?

Look, Here’s what I know for sure, out of the hundred percent of things moms feel like they have to do in a day about 60% of them are things that don’t even need to be done that day or by them.

As moms we often grab a hold of ish that don’t even belong to us out of obligation or what we think other folk expect of us.

Now it’s time to get really clear about what it is that you’re currently doing, what it is that you actually need to be doing and what it is that you can push over to delegate, outsource, or just stop?

Here’s what I know for sure, until you clean up that clarity no matter what system or planner you try and slap on top of it you’re still going to come out overwhelmed, stressed out and burned out.

Until you clean up the current life will feel good for a minute then as soon as life shifts you’re back in a sea of tears and overwhelm.

So how do you get out of this cycle of staying up to 1am trying to finish your to-do list?
How do you finally get some REAL sleep and not night of laying in bed wondering how you’re going to tackle tomorrow?

You don’t have to do all the things, only the things that add value and matter.

You don’t have to feel like you’re being pulled in multiple directions you can feel clear and focused.
