Creating a weekly schedule that’s not filled with a bunch of random tasks isn’t always easy to do. As a mom with your mind going a million miles a minute it’s easy to get caught up in doing.

Creating a weekly schedule that allows you to feel clear and empowered can feel impossible. I get it with the fast pace of life you don’t feel like there’s enough time to create a weekly schedule.

Let me tell ya, it’s possible. You can start creating a foundation for your week with a weekly schedule. This foundation will allow you to reach your goals, support your family, and maintain your sanity.

How I got my weekly schedule under control

I haven’t always been this calm and confident with my weekly schedule. It used to be chaotic and stressful. I never felt like I had enough time or energy to do everything that needed to be done.

I knew there had to be a way to create more flow in my day without getting rid of all my tasks. I learned that there where four things that would contribute to my scheduling success.

  • Know what you want
  • Know how you want to feel
  • Create action steps
  • Stay accountable

These four things are simple to do but the trick to success is in the follow through. I’m about to show you how to use them to create you own epic weekly schedule.

How to create a weekly schedule: the breakdown

weekly schedule

Creating a weekly schedule that supports and empowers you is what you need. You are able to feel supported by your weekly schedule when you are using your days to take you closer to your goal.

Step One:

Know what you want – Get clear about what your end game is for the week. Having a clear goal on what you want to do will support you to make sure you stay focused.

Step Two:

Know how you want to feel – Knowing how you want to feel will keep you from adding on tasks and activities that won’t add value to your life at all.

Step Three:

Create action steps – Create action steps to help you work toward that goal. Brainstorming ways you can complete your goal is not only empowering it’s fun.

Step Four:

Get accountability – Whether your accountability is a coach, a mastermind group, or your business bestie. You need to have a space where peeps not only get what you’re doing but understand how hard it is to get there.
